Samsung Galaxy S5 may look like its predecessor Samsung Galaxy S4, but it should not hold your mood down. It surprised many Samsung fanatics that Samsung S5 is made of plastic. Likewise, its dimple effect back panel is an additional feature to provide better grip.

The latest flagship Android device by Samsung boasts of its 5.1-inch HD Super AMOLED screen with 16-MP rear camera. The Samsung Galaxy S5 is powered by 2-GB RAM and 2.5 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 8016, which equips the phone with Cat4 LTE support. It means that the handset can handle 4G download speeds of up to 150Mbps.

During the Mobile World Congress, Samsung announced that Samsung Galaxy S5 will be released on April 11 and will be available in both 16GB and 32GB storage versions. The Samsung S5 will also be available in four different color options — black, white, blue and gold.

Although Samsung is yet to announce how much the Galaxy S5 will cost, UK retailer Unlocked-mobiles has started taking re-orders for the 16GB model at £599.98.
